@janespatisserie@Freycob Yes, it will take some getting used to. I eliminated wheat before I started FODMAP anyway but I've since found onion to be the devil food! There are switches for lots of things so you just have to learn to adapt.
@janespatisserie@Freycob I've suffered for nearly 20 years, no doctor ever suggested it to to me, it was through doing my own research I found out about it.
Did your doc tell you about Monash? They have an app which will help identifying high/low FODMAP foods. Plenty of info out there. And FB groups too.
@Freycob@janespatisserie Yes, helped massively with my IBS in identifying my triggers. It takes time and patience but, in my opinion, worth it as I have a better understanding of what works for me.
