NASCAR has become the epitome of pay to play. This is the 3rd race of 2023 and the 2nd race only 'Charter' teams can race in. New teams don't stand a chance. They can't buy a Charter since it is capped at 36 and all are taken, plus they are expensive. NASCAR officially sucks!
