This afternoon we celebrated our 2026 Homecoming Honorees. These individuals epitomize excellence in character and achievement, and it was an honor to recognize them and their contributions to their communities and the Ram Family.

Tonight we honored 144 members of the Ram Family who passed away this past year. As candles illuminated, we remembered the light each person brought and the lasting impact they continue to have at Angelo State and beyond. Fiat Lux.

On September 11, we remember.

We remember the lives lost, the heroes who answered the call, and the spirit of courage, compassion, and service that united our nation.

Each year, #AngeloState places 2,977 flags along the mall. May we never forget.

This morning, 2,977 flags were placed on the Angelo State mall, each representing a life lost 25 years ago on September 11, 2001.
