i think it’s important to make my position clear.

i’m still holding the company accountable.

my decision to continue the boycott has never come from a place of hatred toward the members. if anything, it’s the complete opposite. i’ve always protested because i care about them and because i genuinely believe they deserve so much better.

and i think that’s what people keep misunderstanding.
i’m not protesting just because of heeseung.
i’m protesting because of how the company handled this entire situation from the very beginning.
we were never given the time to properly process anything.
we were never given the chance to grieve.
our questions, concerns and doubts were never actually addressed.
instead, we were expected to simply accept everything and move on while the confusion was still there.

and honestly… i can’t.

another thing that still doesn’t sit right with me is how much this company has contributed to the division within the fandom.
months of mixed signals.
ot7 content.
ot6 content.
silence.
contradictory messages.
no proper explanation.

then everyone wonders why the fandom became so divided.
to me, those mixed signals are exactly what fueled these fanwars.
when people aren’t given clear answers, they start filling in the blanks themselves.
that’s exactly what happened.

and that’s another reason i can’t bring myself to side with this company again.
today i understand why the members want the fighting to stop.
i want that too.
i’ve never wanted engenes fighting each other. my fight has never been against other fans. it’s always been against the company.

because at the end of the day, they’re the ones who created this environment.
they’re the ones who had the responsibility to communicate clearly.
they’re the ones we asked for accountability.
not the members. the members have carried enough already. i’m not asking them to carry the company’s mistakes too.

that’s why, for me, nothing really changes today.
i still won’t financially support a company that, in my opinion, hasn’t taken accountability for the way this entire situation was handled.
i’ll continue supporting the members in every way i can. i’ll continue celebrating them.
i’ll continue wishing them nothing but happiness.

but i can’t, in good conscience, pretend everything is suddenly okay when i still have so many unanswered questions.
maybe one day i’ll change my mind.
i’m not saying i never will.

but that day will come when i genuinely see accountability, transparency and meaningful change from the company.

until then, i’ll continue standing by the reason i joined this boycott in the first place.

because i still believe the members deserve better.

and i still believe we, as fans, deserved better too.
