@Vistana @joanknobel Fixing the website should be a priority since the customer service phone lines are extremely busy. There is actually a recording suggesting that people go to the website to complete transactions rather than wait on hold for a customer service representative.

However, I believe there won’t be a problem with converting to Marriott points, if the deadline is missed due to website problems. I am guessing many people are dealing with this.
