Why? 😔 it will just dilute and divide the @NWGFL who do a great job and there aren't enough teams to make running both viable. Sad times for girls football

Due to demand, we are excited to look into the offer of all girls divisions for 2024-25.

Clubs can submit an expression of interest and receive a copy of our proposal. We intend to provide for all ages from U7-U18.

So a few new clubs have all girls teams, yep sounds like a good reason to try and split the well established well run @NWGFL instead of directing them there.
If you truly cared about girls football development you wouldn't be planning the split IMO

You divide it for the sake of a few of "your clubs" will just create tiny leagues for you and the @NWGFL not benefitting our huge, as a coach push for female football in Norfolk

@cas_coach_ @NorfolkCYFL I disagree sorry. The reason there wasn't an U7s is due to lack of teams taking up the offer from the @NWGFL very evident at the AGM last year. The answer isn't to set up a whole new league to divide the small number further
