@evilvillain1231 Meanwhile, American cuisine is like "a can of cream of mushroom, two packs of grape jello, a cup of garlic powder, stir well, put in a casserole pan, cover with canned cheese and cheetos, bake for 3 eagle screeches at 5.7 Benjamin Franklin's body temperature"
For all people say about 'western anime not being able to capture the feel of real anime', My Adventures With Superman's Supergirl has perfectly replicated gap moe.
PO, PiS, Nowa Lewica i PSL – gdziekolwiek rządzą w samorządach, zamieniają publiczną własność w koryto. Jak te "rady nadzorcze" nadzorują, widzieliśmy w Szpitalu Południowym. Chodzi tylko o synekury.
To bagno trzeba w końcu osuszyć. Czas na likwidację tych "rad".
A Valve employee says buying RAM has become much harder due to the ongoing memory shortage and rising demand from AI companies.
According to the employee, memory suppliers come to Valve once a month with a price and a set amount of RAM they can buy.
Valve either accepts the deal or passes on it. If the company says no, the suppliers usually don’t come back with another offer.
“Look, there’s no contracts. There’s nothing. Those guys… they give us a price every month or something and they say, ‘you can buy that many,’ and it’s yes or no. And if we say no, then they never talk to us again.”
The company says the current market has made hardware components much more expensive than usual.
"if we say no, they never talk to us again" is fucking wild.
Furthers my conspiracy that AI and memory companies are inflating prices to destroy consumer hardware and push everyone to the cloud.
One happy money hatting family milking people for subscription fees for eternity.
- The price for the Steam Machine is, in fact, too high
- It was clearly intended to be an entry level living room PC
- Valve didn't intend it to be this high
- Valve shouldn't be expected to sell at a loss
Many things can be true at once
Disney's Hexed (2026) sparked debate after viewers noticed many trailer shots appear carefully centered, leading fans to speculate the framing was designed for easy 9:16 cropping on social media. Whether Intentional or not, it highlights the growing craze of vertical viewing.
