So https://t.co/w8ZMt9sjyS was hacked and the whole site and database corrupted. Backups only gone back 7 days. I'm going to have to try and grab the old site from the wayback machine but its very laborious and won't be republishable. May have to go to print instead.

Used @hotelsdotcomuk loads in the past. Now cutting the 10pc reward to 2pc. Completely not worth it now. Average 150 nights a year business. Hello to booking direct with Best Western and IHG!

So @hotelscomhelp are changing their reward scheme from 1 free night after 10 (10% reward) to 2%-6% reward ... but trying to sell it as a positive change.

Other than not having to wait 10 nights, I can't see any positives.
