@michaelexios@JoeTrapani@RomlettClips I need you kids to understand that this mentality that Clav has is not some modern necessity, it's autistic and self destructive
Men have evolved with the times.
The unearned romanticism of past generations is dead, and is foolish in today's dating market.
Self-respecting men have recouped their value, and hold themselves in higher regard.
We no longer see any point in chasing an 'uninterested' woman.
The scary part about dating men today is that you can reject them once, and they'll act like they never wanted you in the first place.
No begging. No chasing. No trying to change your mind. Just silence.
And suddenly, you're questioning whether he respected your decision or whether his feelings were never that deep to begin with.
So tell me, ladies… are men getting better at accepting rejection, or have we mistaken their lack of interest for emotional maturity?
@inlaforet Try rechta, it's made with chicken and is our own traditional version of noodles. It got voted the #2 noodle dish in the world by Food Atlas
Yanks will make a cottage pie wit no beef stock and red wine, no fresh garlic, way too much cheese and then put on hot sauce but still have the gall to go around and say "hurr durr British food bad"
My lived experience has lended me a unique perspective on this
Most people irl assume Im fully English, even though my name is vaguely Arabic, just because of how I look
Most online discourse about race is waffle, real life operates completely different to how e-racists imagine
When we talk about ethnicity etc. I do think it must be said that if you've got a kid whose father is English (therefore has an English name) but his mother is polish, he will be functionally indistinguishable from any other English person and I think that obvious reality matters
@HisanDaMan Aren't the najority of Berbers paternally Berber, besides it's unbecoming you would speak such a way about the people your wife belongs to, a people into which you've married.
@rasberryrolex@moietroses You seriously think guys in France are looking at themselves in the mirror thinking "I really need to dress like a B Boy from 1980s Bronx, New York"
Americans have such a strange obsession with wanting to believe urban culture can't spawn anywhere but in the US
