Building Champions for Life! Head coach of both the 5 time World Champions at Champion Legacy and 12 time State Champions Sioux Falls Washington High School
A month after I graduated college, @crosbykicks2 and I got married and I made the move to join him in Green Bay. Cheesy picture below is from our honeymoon, July of 2008 :)
I called my dad to check in during training camp and as we were hanging up he suggested that I visit Kohler. You see my dad was a kitchen and bathroom designer by trade, exclusively dealing with Kohler fixtures. Eyebrows raised I could only think to say, “Like the toilets?”. “Yeah”, he continued, “heard it’s really nice”. Mason and I were sharing one car at the time so I picked him up at St. Norbert’s College where the team was staying, dropped him at 1265 Lombardi and then took I-43 south to Kohler. I started the day at the Design Center and didn’t make it to any of the other places I meant to visit, too engrossed in the company’s history and the kitchen and bathroom concepts on the third floor. Plans were made to come back as soon as I could and my love affair with the village of Kohler, all things Kohler really, continues to this day.
It’s been 15 years now that my driver’s license has had Wisconsin written at the top of it and being as we mostly lived in Green Bay year round during that time we had ample opportunity to explore. My little blog on what to do around the city when visiting for the game/draft was mostly well received but there were some naysayers (yes I read all the comments) that would suggest that beer, brats, football and cheese curds succinctly sum up all the state has to offer. If that is your opinion you couldn’t be more off the mark. You see long before I was a resident of the state, or even before Mason was drafted to the @packers, my life had been affected by industry and innovation coming out of Wisconsin in a positive way and I would like to take time in this next series to perhaps reveal to you that yours has been too. Care to take a guess at what companies will be profiled?
Criteria: Founded in Wisconsin and remains headquartered there. Employs large numbers of people, has products/service with wide appeal, almost all have a presence nationwide or worldwide. Each company is making an impact philanthropically as well. The list is ever growing so feel free to offer suggestions…perhaps it will show up in a post! First profile coming July 28th…alright retweet this post and add your guess as to what companies will be covered!

Giannis on @CBSMornings when asked if he plans to stay with the Bucks forever:
“As long as I’m healthy and as long as they want me to be a part of the Milwaukee Bucks organization, I would love to stay there.”
The Reason,I took 3 pay cuts to STAY WITH THE @packers is THE FANS!,they have done everything to make this work,i didn’t have to LEAVE to realize, how good i had it in Greenbay,YES,New York is a bigger market, but at least i can find parking in wi 😂
One of the things I'll miss most about Aaron Rodgers.
The comfort of knowing an INT was just about never gonna happen.
Seeing an INT isn't something that usually shocks people. When Rodgers threw one, it was truly surprising.
No one protects the ball like 12.
Every moment you spend with your teammates & coaches competing on the court, in the locker room, on the bus & during practice are times that will never be duplicated in your life. All too soon it comes to an end, so cherish the moments of accomplishment, camaraderie & friendship!
Winning is somewhat uncontrollable, because even if you play your best, your opponent may play better. Therefore, you should focus more on your attitude and effort, which are entirely controllable. This will help you maintain your motivation and composure in games.
What in the world is wrong with Allegiant??? ‼️‼️ This is the second time since November that they have canceled flights last minute and offered no alternative flight to get people to their important destination. How do they continue to operate as a legit airline???
