Diversity is so powerful in the police right now that a straight colleague of mine had to declare himself bisexual just to get an interview for the firearms unit.
They even stated they preferred Officers from protected characteristics on the advertisement.
Applied twice.
Same documents, same experience, same everything.
Turned down both times.
Third time he changed just one tick on the form — from straight to bisexual.
Suddenly… invited for interview.
They were openly prioritising “protected characteristics” over experience and competence.
This isn’t inclusion.
This is institutional insanity.

🚨(1)BREAKING: Christian community police officer wins settlement after being forced out of his role for questioning and criticising Islam during diversity training.
Luke Salmons, who has been supported by the Christian Legal Centre, was suspended for six months, forced to resign and put on a police barring list after he had questioned radical Islam in a training session.
He had been told that the session was a 'safe place' for discussion, but after expressing his beliefs, the consequences were devastating.
After taking legal action, his case has now been settled on confidential terms, however his story raises serious concerns about free speech and religious freedom in UK policing.

@yemiadewunmi1@PiersUncensored@piersmorgan@KemiBadenoch Well it was Christians who fought in parliament for the ending of the trade, and citizens who were paying for the abolition (Christian country then) and Christians who died on the ships fighting the slave traders. So, yes, true Christian values ended the trade at great cost.
"This is a Christian country, I don't want to see Christianity disappear... I just don't use the Bible as a textbook."
Piers Morgan asks Kemi Badenoch why she calls herself a "cultural Christian" after a crisis of faith.

@mrdavidrowe Alcohol gets into breast milk calms the baby. Lots of iron to replace blood loss, alcohol also relaxes mum if she's stressed about breastfeeding. Win win for everyone!!
Them: I cannot believe you said homophobic muslims should leave the UK if they don't like our social norms.
Me: Mate, I would happily deport people who dont do the social norm of queuing for the bus, do not test me.
NOBODY IS TELLING YOU THE REAL STORY OF THE BRUSSELS RIOTS
Yes, there are riots in Brussels right now.
Yes, police are being pelted with rocks and fireworks.
Yes, stores are being looted and barricades are burning in the EU capital.
But here's the part everyone is missing:
Mainstream media is calling this an education protest. A student demonstration against tuition hikes that got out of hand.
→ The participants being described in video and on the ground are second and third-generation migrants — not students
→ The tactics are not protest tactics — barricades, arson, looting, and direct attacks on police
→ Brussels has seen this exact pattern before, repeatedly, in the same neighborhoods
→ No mainstream outlet in the initial coverage identified the demographic detail the source video makes explicit
→ The EU finalized new deportation rules and "return hubs" on June 1–2 — two days before this erupted
If the participants are primarily second and third-generation migrants, then this is not an education story.
If this is not an education story, then the "students vs. tuition hikes" framing is covering something the EU capital does not want named.
If the EU does not want it named, then the new deportation rules passed two days ago were not strong enough to change the underlying dynamic — and Brussels just proved it.
If Brussels just proved it, then every EU government that voted for those rules while calling integration a success is now sitting on video evidence that contradicts their own narrative.
That's what nobody is saying out loud.
The EU passed its toughest migration enforcement rules in a generation on June 1st. The EU capital was on fire by June 4th.

Around 4 or 5 years ago the Met came up with a scheme whereby new recruits (who were of a black or minority ethnic background) would be afforded guidance and on-tap assistance throughout their 2 year probation.
There would be a tutor assigned throughout that period to guide them through challenges, issues or concerns. Issues that many or all probationers come access throughout their probation at some stage.
Sadly, if you were white you were on your own and wasn't afforded that extra assistance or guidance.
I was working at Edmonton police station in North London and I challenged this on an internal platform.
Within a few hours I received a personal email from a Chief Inspector and Superintendent, both of whom suggested I refrain from any negative views on this project.
The Superintendent (who still serves today but now in another force) made veiled threats that if I didn't remove the communication or change my view that matters 'could go further'.
Many people today wonder why things aren't challenged in the job, particularly around race related issues.
The problem remains that if you dare to challenge these things, you are either bullied into submission or punished.
Thankfully, I was in my final few months of the job & really didn't care anymore. If I was staying, I would have had to toe the party line and remain silent.
Many officers hate these schemes, but are too afraid to speak out & instead just accept that things are the way they are.
Race plans aren't only external projects within the job, they very much control things internally too.
The official representative body for Muslim police officers in Britain has branded Zionism "one of the manifestations of anti-Muslim hatred," described the Israel Defence Force as a "Zionist terrorist group" and defended Hamas against "unverified stories about acts of violence.".
The inflammatory claims are made by the National Association of Muslim Police (NAMP) in a policy paper on "confronting anti-Muslim hatred," written by its then vice-president, Khaldoun Kabbani, published on its website last year but not publicised until now.

Oxford Union President Arwa Elrayess has been exposed as a radical Islamist who hailed Hamas as “heroes” and called the October 7th massacre “proportionate.”
This after her predecessor George Abaraonye celebrated Charlie Kirk’s assassination.
The Union is a complete disgrace.
Remember when the families of the victims murdered in Nottingham by Valdo Calocane were forced to sign NDA's by the IOPC because they didnt want the truth coming out about the report of the police failings.
It doesn't matter how many times Keir Starmer says lessons will be learnt the fact is nothing ever changes. 🤬
Horrific details laid out by the judge at Digwa sentencing.
As follows;
Digwa used his own mobile phone to film his victim attempting to escape by climbing onto a commercial rubbish bin and over a fence, while Digwa taunted: 'You're not going to get away with this big man.'
Sentencing Digwa, Judge William Mousley KC said: 'You continued to make films of Henry suffering, ignoring much of his desperation at having been stabbed. You told him that had not happened, no doubt to convince others who were nearby.' These clips have not been released.
Henry managed to land on top of a car parked in front of number 68, on the other side of the fence he jumped over. Digwa went on to take close-up photos of the incapacitated Henry lying on the ground.
In footage from a home security camera, Henry was heard saying 'I am dying', with Digwa replying, 'you're not dying bro'.
Ten minutes later, Henry said 'you stabbed me', with Digwa responding, 'no, I didn't', and, 'you were recording me thinking you're sick', which is slang for 'tough'.
In that ten-minute period, Digwa did not call an ambulance - but did film Henry for a full five minutes.
This clip was not played in court for being 'too disturbing to be shown'. The court heard the attack was not witnessed but neighbours heard Henry say he had been stabbed and was dying.
I see that the people who took the knee and tore down statues after a man was killed 4,000 miles away from Britain are now yelping 'Don't politicise Henry Nowak's death'. The same leftists who poured onto the streets to rage over the death of George Floyd are barking at the rest of us not to rage over the death of young Henry.
'Don't stir up tensions', says an activist class which in that heady summer of 2020 happily hurled missiles at British cops and danced like Taliban-lite loons on a monument to a slave trader they'd just toppled.
Fear of the masses is in the air. You can almost smell the establishment dread that the wrong sort of people are about to hit the streets – not graduate leftists in keffiyehs but gammon-hued blokes in white t-shirts.
The front page of Wednesday’s Independent is a classic of this fretful genre. ‘Family’s plea for calm ignored’, wails the headline over a photo of the protest in Southampton. But the people in the pic are perfectly calm. It’s just rows of mournful folk carrying the England flag. Are you okay, Independent?
The Guardian, too, seems consumed by foreboding. It says there are ‘fears’ that ‘the populist right’ will ‘whip up racist resentment’. Demagoguery is always the chief dread of the bourgeois left, given their view of the little people as a coiled spring of bovine fury that might be unsprung at any minute.
The Guardian blasts Farage for calling for ‘pure, cold rage’ in response to Nowak’s death. It’s a complaint that would carry more weight if the Guardian hadn’t published pieces in the wake of Floyd’s death saying ‘We need the rage that abolished slavery’.

I have been wondering why so many asylum seekers seem to commit sexual assaults and other crimes. Now I know the answer.
In November 2025, a senior caseworker for the UK Home Office revealed that migrants accused of sexual offences and other crimes were still being granted asylum.
We have been led to believe that it was purely an oversight or a mistake that migrants responsible for sex crimes have been given asylum.
She explained that staff were under such pressure to approve asylum claims quickly that criminal records were largely ignored.
If a migrant had been accused of a sex offence (eg exposing himself to children) that would carry a sentence less than 12 months in prison if committed in the UK so the policy was to approve them.
The caseworker even gave an example: she rejected an asylum claim from an Afghan man who had repeatedly exposed himself to kids in a children’s play area.
The poor woman was disciplined for this. Without her coming forward we would not know what is happening behind closed doors.
This is definitive proof that the UK government does not care about women and children. It does not care if the people it brings into the country and gives asylum to are criminals. This is not a matter of people “slipping through the net”.
The government deliberately turns a blind eye to wrongdoing by the new arrivals.
We deserve better than this. Our daughters deserve better than this.
