@parcelforce (cont) no attempt was made to deliver. On Friday tracking showed it as being delivered between 13:00-14:00. Wife got home before 13:00, carded, attempted delivery @ 12:40. What are we paying for please? Now it’s up to me to collect it, very poor service!!!
Are @parcelforce actually fit for purpose? I had an item posted on Tuesday using their 48 service. Tracking showed it as it would be delivered to myself between 18:00 & 19:00 on Thursday... great, at about 18:30 tracking showed it as returned to depot, no attempt was made .....

So despite spending thousands on @GoPro@GoProUK products they are not willing to help with my faulty screen on my Hero5 because I can’t find the receipt. I have been offered a 40% discount on a new unit so all in all a working Hero5 is going to cost me £460??? Poor!
