@RockstarGames Did I pay for the pre-sale game so I couldn't play on launch day? This is absurd.
My machine is AMD RYZEN 3600, 16GB ram, RX570, last driver installed and I've done everything that could even suggest Rockstar Support, put the executable in Adm mode. Nothing works. Fix It now.
