@jiiiiimboo That's for the players that even reach free agency in the current system. The majority of players never even get 6 years of service time which means they never reach free agency. This would give more union members a chance to get paid!

@drewdamn87 @BigBillyMazza I know they do and I know no sport has free agency after 3 years which is why I said it. If the owners want a cap then I want something huge in return that helps the majority of our union members!

The MLBPA should be using the owners push for a cap to help the majority of MLB players (who make the minimum). You should be willing to accept a cap for 2 things imo:

1. Free agency after three years (eliminating arbitration).
2. Increase in MLB minimum salaries.
