1. Identify the policy, rule, directive, or instruction relied upon in treating certain spectators,
including me, differently when we express a viewpoint that appears unpopular with the
WNBA

2. Identify whether the decision to eject me was made or requested by WNBA personnel, Chicago Sky personnel, Wintrust Arena personnel, security personnel, or another individual or entity

3. Confirm whether Ms. Cloud’s conduct has been or will be reviewed under any League
policy governing player interactions with fans, including rules governing altercations that require player suspension, and state what accountability, if any, she, her team, and management will face

4. Provide a full refund of the cost of my courtside tickets

5. Preserve all materials relating to this incident, including relevant video footage, incident or security reports, communications concerning my attendance or removal, communications referring to my WNBA Draft announcement or public advocacy for women’s sports, and
any applicable policies or event-day directives.”

First we finish the war in Iran, then all focus must be here at home. With midterms looming it is time for a major cleanup. We can’t afford to continue to kick the can down the road with nothing being done. My trust is always with Trump. Trump always has a plan. Minnesota was run like a personal ATM. Walz, Ellison and Omar have been exposed. Not good enough. They need to be prosecuted. This country is starving for accountability. Our midterms depend on it. UPDATE: I have not received any official or unofficial communication back from the WNBA regarding my eligibility. I will say as a Black Trans lesbian, the rumors of denial for my multi-spirit existence are concerning. I’d also like to remind everyone there is a Trans genocide taking place right now in America. These kind of casual comments lead to violence and our deaths.

If the “sources” are true, I would like to see the league take immediate action to correct anybody who refuses to affirm my identity or use my pronouns pay/me. The WNBA leadership has to show up and 👏🏽 do 👏🏽 the 👏🏽 work. To tell a Black Trans woman she is not a woman or that the Trans experience is a “stunt”, is transphobic, bigoted and racist. 🚨 MAJOR SCOTUS VICTORY on Mail-in-Ballots Rules...Lifts Ban on 23 States

The Supreme Court has just overruled a block placed by an Obama Judge preventing Trump's Executive Order to implement safeguards for Mail-in-Ballots.

The ruling now means states must:

-Turn over a list of every voter getting a ballot

-Put unique serialized barcodes on both the outgoing and return envelopes

If a state refuses, USPS will not deliver those ballots.

This is a major election integrity win.
