(Duffy Square)
在自由的土地上,我们选择发声;
我们不忘记勇敢者的名字;
我们不接受“失踪”的常态;

🕯️ Salute to the Sitong Bridge Hero · Guarding the Flame of Freedom
— Special Action Announcement of the China Democracy Party
Time: 8:30 PM, Wednesday, January 7, 2026
Location: Duffy Square, Times Square, New York City
Theme: Salute to Peng Lifa · Demand the Whereabouts of the Hero
Host: Rui Guohua
Supporting Team: Chen Miao · Hou Gaibing · An Qiang · Xu Jiang · Hao Fangfang
[Rally Oath by Chairman Wang Juntao]
Dear members of the China Democracy Party,
The China Democracy Party will hold a special action at 8:30 PM on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at the crossroads of the world — Duffy Square, Times Square, New York City — to solemnly salute the 52nd birthday of Sitong Bridge hero Peng Lifa.
In 2022, Peng Lifa launched the Sitong Bridge protest in Beijing, an act that shocked the world. With solitary courage, he tore through fear and ignited the White Paper Movement that soon swept across China. This awakening blow forced the authorities to roll back their brutal lockdown policies and struck directly at the heart of Xi Jinping’s dictatorship and the CCP’s authoritarian rule.
Yet to this day, Peng Lifa’s whereabouts remain unknown — a chilling act of tyranny imprisoning conscience itself, and a blatant provocation to the entire Chinese people.
On free soil, we choose to speak.
At the center of the world, we light the lamp of truth.
This action is not an ordinary gathering, but a vigil across the night:
a vigil for the imprisoned hero,
a vigil for our compatriots still struggling in silence,
a vigil for China’s future on the path toward constitutional democracy.
With dignity, reason, and unwavering resolve, we declare to the world:
We will not forget the names of the brave.
We will not accept “disappearance” as normal.
We will not bow to fear.
We will raise concise placards honoring the hero and demanding the truth of his fate, observe local laws and public order, and speak with dignity and facts.
May the lights of Times Square illuminate the faces of the Chinese people in their pursuit of freedom.

他们不是被囚禁在高墙之内的人,却长期生活在恐惧、监控与歧视之中;
他们没有罪名,却承受着连坐的惩罚;

China Democracy Party – New Year’s Eve Special Event Announcement
— Honoring the Families Who, in Suffering, Sustain Love and Justice for China’s Prisoners of Conscience
Time:
December 31, 2025 (Wednesday), 8:30 PM
Location:
Near Times Square, New York City — the Crossroads of the World
(Exact gathering point will be announced based on New York City’s New Year’s Eve traffic and security arrangements.)
Commander: Tong Xu
Host: Zhao Shanchu
Supporting Team: Xu Jiang, Hao Fangfang, Chen Miao, Hou Gaifeng, An Qiang
At the moment when the old year yields to the new —
as the world celebrates and welcomes the coming year —
we choose to gather at the Crossroads of the World, Times Square,
for a solemn and restrained act of remembrance and tribute.
The China Democracy Party hereby holds this New Year’s Eve special action
to express our deepest respect for the families of China’s prisoners of conscience —
those who, under the tyranny of the Chinese Communist regime,
endure immense suffering in silence,
yet continue to sustain their imprisoned loved ones with love and moral courage.
They are not confined behind prison walls,
yet they live under constant fear, surveillance, and discrimination.
They have committed no crime,
yet they bear the punishment of collective guilt.
Their children lose access to education,
their families lose their livelihoods,
and their lives are forced into silent darkness.
And yet —
it is these ordinary but resilient people
who uphold the dignity of the prisoners of conscience with their silent devotion,
and who carry the last remaining moral light of Chinese society.
In China’s darkest hour,
they are the unseen night watch.
At the crossroads of the world,
we will make them seen.
This event will be conducted in a peaceful, rational, and nonviolent manner.
With candlelight, banners, and voices,
we honor the prisoners of conscience and their families,
and convey to the world the Chinese people’s steadfast commitment
to freedom, dignity, and justice.
Let us stand together in the cold night,
to speak for those who cannot speak,
and to keep watch for the freedom that has yet to come.

在香港,黄之锋 再次被国安法起诉,案件一次次延期,他的名字在法庭、牢房与判决书之间反复出现;
在西藏,僧人 诺布·顿珠 因捐助尼泊尔地震灾民、手机里存有达赖喇嘛的照片,被判十七年;
在新疆,学者 塔西甫拉提·特依拜、作家 库尔班·马木提、学者 丹增曲培,或失联、或重判、或关押地点成谜;

China Democracy Party – CCP Atrocity Watch Weekly
December 21–December 27, 2025
https://t.co/RyAIX2fmCI
Issue Summary
December 24, 2025 — Christmas Eve.
As shop windows across the city glowed with holiday lights and the snow had yet to fall, Li Qiaochu sat at her desk, carefully drawing one handmade greeting card after another for Xu Zhiyong, who remains imprisoned.
For an entire month, she had received no letters from him. Since November 24, his correspondence seemed to have been swallowed by the prison walls, replaced only with the cold phrase: “The matter is being handled according to law.”
She filed administrative reviews and lawsuits again and again, only to be met with endless delays.
Yet on this day, she continued to write and draw — hoping that these fragile gestures of love might somehow pass through iron gates, so the man behind them would know: you are still remembered by this world.
In Beihai, Guangxi, newly baptized Christian Cheng Yuan was quietly reading at home when more than a dozen police officers burst into his apartment, confiscating his Bible, theology notes, baptism certificate, computer, and phone, and interrogating him for six hours.
As the world prepared to celebrate the birth of Jesus, in China, a Christian reading alone at home became grounds for criminal summons.
In Lianyungang, Jiangsu, video blogger Wu Qiang, who exposed falsified sewage engineering projects, has been detained for over eight months on charges of “picking quarrels and provoking trouble.” His trial is scheduled for this week.
He once drew national attention for exposing 32 tons of fake beverages.
Now, telling the truth has become a crime, and the courtroom its punishment.
In Wuxi, 79-year-old Lu Qinyuan was repeatedly threatened, raided, robbed of her phone, had her keys confiscated, and was detained for 28 hours — simply for speaking out on behalf of rights defender Shen Aibin.
She told the police again and again: “He is a good person.”
In response, police across Jiangsu launched coordinated intimidation, surveillance, account shutdowns, and post deletions.
Even the right to speak for Shen Aibin was itself confiscated.
In Hong Kong, Joshua Wong has once again been charged under the National Security Law. His case is postponed repeatedly; his name cycles endlessly between courtrooms, prison cells, and verdicts.
In Tibet, monk Norbu Dondrup was sentenced to 17 years for donating to earthquake victims in Nepal and for having photos of the Dalai Lama on his phone.
In Xinjiang, scholar Tashpolat Tiyip, writer Kurban Mamut, and scholar Danzeng Qupei have been disappeared, heavily sentenced, or held in unknown locations.
Across Heilongjiang, Guangdong, Shandong, Hebei, and Guizhou, Falun Gong practitioners Wang Shuhua, Li Meihong, Yuan Yinying, Chu Qingzhen, Song Xuechun, Wang Tianyin, He Bingying, Wei Jiufu, Hao Shuping, and Yang Licheng — elderly men and women — have been arrested, heavily sentenced, tortured, and killed through persecution.
Yang Licheng, 81, should have returned home this September.
Instead, he died unjustly in Tailai Prison.
This is what the machinery of CCP tyranny looks like in operation.
It turns faith into a crime.
It turns conscience into a threat.
It strips mothers, the elderly, scholars, pastors, monks, and ordinary citizens of their basic human rights —
for demanding nothing more than human dignity, belief, and freedom of expression.
And for us, the followers of freedom, there is only one task:
To overthrow CCP tyranny —
and return both them and freedom to the light.
(Duffy Square)
我们站在世界的十字路口,向中共的新军国主义坚决说不;
我们以历史良知守护和平,以民主信念抗议暴政;

*Chinese Democracy Party – Special Commemoration Event Notice
In Memory of the Nanjing Massacre**
Theme:
Remember the Nanjing Atrocity · Safeguard World Peace · Protest the CCP’s New Militarism
Time: December 13, 2025, 9:30 PM
Location: Duffy Square, Times Square, New York City
Keynote Speaker: Wang Juntao

The Nanjing Massacre of 1937 is an indelible wound in the history of human civilization. Hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians and prisoners of war were brutally slaughtered. This tragedy is not only a national trauma for the Chinese people, but also a historic warning that all humanity must remember.
On the anniversary of the Nanjing Massacre, we not only mourn the victims, but must also deeply reflect on the root cause of this catastrophe—militarism. Wars driven by militarism bring devastation not only to the people of the invaded nations, but also turn ordinary citizens of the aggressor states into cannon fodder. History has proven that any regime fueled by ethnic hatred and expansionist ambition will ultimately bring disaster upon humanity.
Today, the shadow of history is once again approaching China and the world—this time in a new form. Unlike World War II, the regime now actively building a militaristic war machine is the Chinese Communist Party. Under its authoritarian rule and expansionist ambitions, people in neighboring countries and regions face becoming potential victims. The Chinese people themselves are also at grave risk of being dragged into this war machine, reduced once again to cannon fodder and sacrificial victims.
At this critical moment, the Chinese Democracy Party must step forward.
We stand at the crossroads of the world and firmly say NO to the CCP’s new militarism.
We defend peace with historical conscience and protest tyranny with democratic conviction.
We must make the world clearly hear the voice of the Chinese people—
a voice that opposes war, rejects militarism, and seeks freedom and peace.
We call upon all those who care about human conscience, world peace, and the future of China to stand with us: to commemorate the Nanjing Atrocity, to warn against the repetition of history, to resist the dark clouds of the CCP’s militaristic ambitions, and to safeguard human dignity and global peace.
History must not be forgotten.
Tyranny must be stopped.
Peace is born from a commitment to truth and resistance to oppression.

December 9, 2025. New York. –10°C.
Inside the Chinese Communist Party’s Consulate by the Hudson River, it must be warm and comfortable.
Because of my profession, I know this:
Inside the New York Chinese Consulate stands a frameless glass spiral staircase of extreme luxury—its craftsmanship already represents the highest industrial standard our field can achieve.
All metal components are completely concealed within hidden structures. From design to process to every material used, everything is custom-made…
According to clients who have seen it, the workmanship is breathtaking—opulent beyond words.
Yet because I am wanted and persecuted by the Chinese Communist Party, I have never been able to step inside and behold this summit of extravagance, built from the sweat and blood of the people.
But I can imagine it clearly: corruption and decadence at their extreme.
Those who pass through its doors all carry that same arrogant air of privilege—like Kim Yo-jong, the sister of Kim Jong-un: living off the breath of power, drowning in luxury, and gazing down on the world with contempt.
In December, the New York wind cuts like a blade.
The damp cold from the Hudson pierces straight into the bones. My hands are so frozen I can barely grasp the protest banner.
Before the iron curtain of the CCP, the 360-degree rotating HD spherical surveillance cameras resemble Sauron’s unblinking eyes.
Their lackeys climb up to the second-floor observation deck, glaring down at our protest with fury.
Is the wind cold?
Yes.
Have you, like me, been isolated by the crowd?
Betrayed by family?
Are you lonely? Wronged? In pain?
Can you stop?
The “Big Brother” behind you is always watching.
This so-called powerful “motherland” already has a hellish prison prepared for your return.
Doesn’t that?!
