@Demounet1 @EaterOfBrushes In lore, kinda both. I'm basing it of Old World Runesmiths, but they are smiths. They would create with metal, binding the winds of magic into runes. In battle they would strike runes and cause magical effects to happen on the field, "casting magic" in a sense.
