@FirstPortHelp I have also tried to set up an online account for her but when I try to register her account a message says ‘account number not recognised’. I’m finding it almost impossible for her to pay you in any convenient way. Is this usual for your business practices?

@FirstPortHelp I am sat with my elderly relative trying to set up a direct debit for her new account with you as she has just received her first bill. I have dialled 0333 321 4041 but have been on hold over half an hour. I’m still on hold now. Is this usual for you?
