Fate/strange Fake was loaded up with some incredible action and interesting characters, To Your Eternity kind of left me scratching my head a little bit from some confusion in its messaging, and Frieren continues to be a whimsical adventure for the elf and her crew.
FSF was a lot of fun. Don't make it your first contact with that franchise though, or you will be completely lost. TYE continues to be a mixed bag, thankfully this season improves after the halfway point. Frieren is still a beautiful, heartfelt & funny show: I need more!
Trigun Stargaze was a great finale to this new adaption. Studio Orange was firing on all cylinders, so the show looked and sounded amazing. The first stage of JoJo's Part 7 was everything I hoped it would be. Big wacky races energy and probably the best looking JJBA show so far.
There's not quite as much stuff that grabbed our interest in the spring season, but the Culling Game arc in Jujutsu Kaisen kicked off with a bang. Definitely looking forward to seeing how the rest of it plays out.
Jujutsu Kaisen is still a load of fun and a visual feast for any action afficionado. Let's just hope the split season gave the animators room to breathe this time.
#178: A couple of spring premieres in the Sneak Peek and deadly but visually stunning games with Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 Part 1. Enjoy!

Had a couple of great shows in the Q&D this time. Sanda, Gachiakuta and the final season of My Hero Academia all were different flavors of awesome, while the third season of Spy x Family finally delivered what I had been asking for since the beginning: A plot!
#177: A bunch of mini-reviews in the Quick and the Dead, things are (finally) getting serious with Spy x Family Season 3 and our choices for Best Anime of the Season. Enjoy!

Another gaming episode & it's a long one. I got to talk about Metroid Prime 4, Baldur's Gate 3, Ilusion of Gaia and a bunch of other games. I also heavily indulged in 16-bit nostalgia with our segment on the SNES / Genesis era. Apologies for the bad audio quality in the 2nd half.
FFPS#4: A bunch of demos from Next Fest, Metroid Prime 4 & Kirby Air Riders and a plethora of other games. Also some newsbits and the continuation of our personal gaming histories, featuring the SNES and Genesis. Enjoy!

On our 10-year anniversary episode we return to the show that started it all: One Punch Man.
Sadly, due to atrocious pacing and increasingly worse production values, the third season is even more of a disappointment than the second one was.
Bummer!
#176: We celebrate our 10-year anniversary, highlight a bunch of premieres in the Sneak Peek and vent our frustration over the third season of One Punch Man. Enjoy!

The first season of Yaiba definitely was a lot of fun. Saturday Morning cartoon vibes with strong visuals, a great soundtrack and plenty of action. If you're in the mood for a bit of a simpler show that takes you back to your childhood, this will be up your alley.
#175: Saturday Morning Cartoon Action with Yaiba: Samurai Legend. Also: A couple of mini reviews and Best of the Season. Enjoy!

I always missed out on the old Anne of Green Gables adaption when it was running on TV. Finally got to close that knowledge gap with the new adaption, which is gorgeous. At times it feels a bit rushed though, since it covers so much material. Definitely worth a watch regardless.
#174: Repetitive Romance with Rent-A-Girlfriend Season 4 & rejuvenated classics with Anne Shirley. Enjoy! #rentagirlfriend#彼女お借りします#かのかり#anneshirley

So many games: Persona 3 Reload, Blaster Master Zero 3, Shinobi: Art of Vengeance, Donkey Kong Bananza and more!
Had an overall great time with all of them, but the P3R experience took a bit of a hit due to a faulty guide. PSA: Don't use this one: https://t.co/klOU0Abz2s
FFPS#3: We played a plethora of games, among them Pokémon Legends Arceus and Persona 3 Reload. Also: Death spiraling game companies, new Valve hardware & the continuation of our personal gaming histories with the Game Boy and early PC gaming. Enjoy!
