Redmi A7 Pro on paper looks perfect. But everyday use tells a different story...
- Unreliable GPS
- Excessive battery drain on 5G
- Heat buildup after minimal use
- Not so smooth gaming
Hence, looking beyond the specs sheet is pretty important if you actually want good exp.
@timexiaomi everyone talks about cameras and displays, but after seeing the battery drain and signal issues, i ended up checking which chipset the phone had. unisoc t8300 wasn't what i expected
@ZionsAnvin i genuinely thought the 6300mah battery would last forever 😅 then i saw it dropping way faster on 5g than i expected. didn't realize the unisoc t8300 was that power hungry

Guys, what do you prefer??
9000mah battery and 165fps gaming with heat, throttling, and power drain
OR
8500mAh battery and 120fps gaming, but with smooth performance and no battery drain s
I chose the second one. And yes, it is there in Poco X8 Pro Max, with Dimensity 9500s.
OnePlus Nord 6 is coming with a 9000mAh battery, 165FPS gaming, and Snapdragon 8s Gen 4.. Launching April 7.

@ManojSaru Honestly disappointed… not because phone is bad but because chipset choice doesn’t match the price. Sd 8s gen 4 vs newer dimensity chips is not even close in efficiency
@gogiinc People focusing on display but ignoring that processor decides actual smoothness… agar chip throttle karega toh 9000mah ka benefit hi nahi milega
I was actually planning to buy this but then checked performance tests… SD 8s Gen 4 starts strong but doesn’t sustain.
In almost the same price.... POCO X8 Pro Max with Dimensity 9500s felt more consistent
First look at OnePlus Nord 6!
Launching in 🇮🇳 India on April 7th.
⚡️ Snapdragon 8s Gen 4
🔋 9,000 mAh battery
📱 165Hz Display
⬛️ Upto 12GB LPDDR5X, 256GB UFS 4.1
Thoughts?
@ishanagarwal24 What?? Sd 8s gen 4 in this price? This chip already struggles with sustained loads… how is it gonna handle long gaming or heavy multitasking now? I’d rather go for poco x8 pro with dimensity 8500 ultra… more stable output
@apurv_555 Bhai 165hz de diya but performance sustain hi nahi hoti… sd 8s gen 4 hai hi aisa… isse acha poco x8 series lelu usme mediatek hai, way more balanced
@TrakinTech 4nm? I compared a few phones with it and turns out poco x8 pro max with dimensity 9500s is way more efficient n optimised that too with 3nm
