@ChaseSupport In the meantime, my insurance company has offered to cancel the check and issue a new one. Our private client banker is asking for more time so he can investigate this further.

@ChaseSupport I was then told today that it was sent to the wrong office (Texas), and it should have been sent to Chicago. I was told that the Texas office forwards it to Chicago, but they have no record or confirmation to give me.

@ChaseSupport It continued to be under review for days. On the 9th, I asked if the check was lost. I was told that it was received in the mailroom on the 3rd, and they had known that the mailroom lost it on the 4th.

@ChaseSupport The check amount was too high to be signed in the branch, so our Chase Private Client Banker and our Chase Platinum Bussiness Banker worked together to send it to the appropriate back office.

@ChaseSupport Hi, we had a fire on September 11th. Chase is the deed of trust on our mortgage. On December 2nd, we went into the branch with one of 3 insurance checks.

@chase not sure how to get real customer service. I took a $29,000 check into my branch on December 4th. It has been lost. I was told that it was mailed to Texas then Chicago. Not sure what's the truth... I need to talk with someone outside of my branch asap.
