19 April, 2026 की शाम - Croma CP Store से Oppo Reno 15C खरीदा..

अगले दिन - 20 April को चैनल के लिए वीडियो रिकॉर्ड करना शुरू किया तो पता लगा, कैमरा ही खराब है।

21 April - कस्टमर केयर पर फोन किया, वो लगभग 45 मिनट तक सॉफ्टवेयर अपडेट कराते रहे लेकिन गड़बड़ बरकरार। फिर उन्होंने माना कि सेट में कोई Manufacturer गड़बड़ है। उन्होंने खुद से लक्ष्मी नगर सर्विस सेंटर पर अगले दिन का Appointment बुक कर दिया, ताकि वहां जाकर इसके बदले में नया मोबाइल मिल सके।

22 April - Oppo के लक्ष्मी नगर सर्विस सेंटर पहुंचा, उन्होंने भी चेक किया, वीडियो बनाया। सेट में गड़बड़ मिल गई। फिर कुछ अपडेट किया , फिर चेक किया। कैमरे में फिर वही फॉल्ट नजर आया। उसके बाद यह कहते हुए मोबाइल जमा करवा लिया कि कंपनी से बात करके अगले दिन 23 अप्रैल की शाम तक कॉल बैक करके बताएंगे लेकिन कॉल नहीं आया।

24 April - सुबह 11:05 बजे मैंने खुद से सर्विस सेंटर पर फोन किया तो पहले इंजीनियर नहीं आने का बहाना बनाया गया, फिर कहा गया कि testing पर चल रहा है और फिर कहा गया कि कंपनी से अभी कोई जवाब नहीं आया है।

आप ही बताओ , मेरी क्या गलती है ? मैंने तो प्रीमियम फोन और शानदार कैमरे के लालच में यह मोबाइल खरीदा था ताकि मैं अपनी पत्रकारिता का काम आसानी से कर सकूं।

लेकिन नए मोबाइल में ऐसा फॉल्ट और जिस तरह से पहले Customer Care Executive ने सॉफ्टवेयर अपडेट करवाया और बाद में सर्विस सेंटर वाले ने भी किया। उससे एक बात तो साफ-साफ नज़र आ रही है.. कि Oppo ने बिना Technical Testing के ही यह मोबाइल मार्केट में उतार दिया।

ऐसे में सभी को यह सोचना चाहिए कि क्या हमें Oppo का मोबाइल फ़ोन खरीदना चाहिए ? क्या अब हमें Croma जैसे ब्रांड पर भरोसा करना चाहिए?

आखिर जब गड़बड़ी पकड़ में आ गई तो Oppo इसे बदलने में टालमटोल क्यों कर रहा है?

The feat has been accomplished with:

🔸₹25,320+ Cr capital invested in over 1,350 startups by Alternative Investment Funds under the Fund of Funds for Startups Scheme.

🔸₹775+ Cr granted under the Credit Guarantee Scheme for Startups.

🔸Over ₹585 Cr approved to 3,200+ startups applications by incubators under the Startup India Seed Fund Scheme.

🔸More than 16,400 new patent applications filed by startups.

🔸Over 34,800 recognised startups being onboarded on @GeM_India, giving them a level playing field to compete and succeed.

As we prepare to enter a new year, this spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship will continue to drive growth, opportunities and prosperity for all.
