On 4th June the markets had fallen. Many Retail Investors placed orders for their Mutual Funds before 3pm.
The NAV allotted to them should have been for 4th.
But, they got their Mutual Funds allotted based on NAV on 5th.
This robbed them of their rightful gains.
I thought this is some kind of anomaly. And, maybe it happened with a handful of people.
But, when I checked within my investment community: I was surprised to see the extent of this problem.
Just bringing to everyone's notice.
But, no one literally stands up for small guys.
I was an opener at a gym and the only employee in the building from 5:30am-9am 5 days a week.
The manager position directly above me opened up. I applied, and got it.
After 2 weeks of working this position I was introduced to the manager they hired for this role. Then they said I was too valuable as the opener and it's easier to fill the manager role than the former.
The 80 hours I worked as manager were paid at $8.75 per hour instead of the $12 I was promised and the next Monday I was scheduled back for opening and only 27.5 hours.
So needless to say I quit. I never missed a day. Did my job so well I was invaluable and they STILL rugpulled me.
Hard work is punished in the US.
A love letter to @rajan_bajaj and @sliceit_
- Slice is so smooth, clean, fast and it's also addictive.
- It's been just a week since I first used the app and it has now become my primary app to pay.
- That feature where you need to hold a button to scan QR is a hook.
The biggest problem with product managers these days is that they are trying to become Business managers. Although thinking about business is very important. It is not the only thing for a Product Manager. That is what business heads and managers are for.
No body cares about software engineering, they just want a working software, by hook or crook.
Take away search engine, you take away their skills.
