I flew AI-312 from Delhi to Seoul on April 15th & was extremely disappointed because:

1. Delayed Departure
2. Poor Air Conditioning
3. Crew Ignoring the calls
4. Poor meal quality
5. Infotainment not working
6. Quite an old aircraft
