I think he is majorly slept on, has some weaknesses but not the worst matchups in the current meta.

Current Decklist for OP16 Red Ace!

✅ High Pressure Deck that can go all in for the kill or play for board control.

❌ Can run out of steam and resources.

Very underrated deck, can make its way into the top 10 with a strong list and pilot.

One Piece is a group journey with the straw hats, obviously they get more love and development.
