@FrowningTable Standard has pretty much always been bad though, I am glad people are wising up and abandoning the format. It sucks. It's a pure greed format due to all of the pushed and OP crossover slop, as well as the normal overpowered Izzet cards
@CriticalEDH CEDH isn't a real game mode, just like Smash Bros isn't a competitive game. Maybe once CEDH stops being about nothing but free and fast mana, infinite combos, and trying to convince your opponents to use your broken free counterspells for you or else you force a draw...
Made this of a friend's OC (they arent into flats, but enjoy any fan art made of them).
Story behind this is that Lina (OC's name) is a muscle gal; she probably went a bit overboard with how heavy she was weightlifting one day.
For now she can make a good welcome mat at least.
@NamelessMTG Kinnan is a blight of a card and quite literally marked the point when WOTC went too far in designing degenerate bullshit cards.
The way you talk is so sterile. "I'm sorry you had a bad experience..."
No, the format itself is bad.
@NamelessMTG Haha holy shit you really are suggesting I use boring shit like that? Cedh is as lame as possible because it's just people trying to go through the same instant win combo lines and trying to convince other players to waste their counterspells.
Cedh will never be good or fun.
We will be at PAX Unplugged this year in a corner booth (#4310) in the expo hall with several team members on-hand from both the core software and the Ember teams.
Come say hi, meet the team, check out the latest demo of Ember, and get a free shirt (while we have them)!
@kmh@mcsetty@barczeek This attitude of trying to make the game miserable and unenjoyable to play against an actual person is the exact reason every format besides EDH is dying or dead.
