It has been 2 days since I shared my details in Twitter massage box , but still NO action has been taken. My product is lying useless for 16 days now. no technician visit my home but uc app showing already installed water purifier.

Bought Native M1 Purifier, delivered on 12th Oct. 15th Oct tech visited & asked for booster kit. Requested it 5 days ago as per customer care, but NO order details and NO installation done yet. Product lying useless for 2 weeks. Resolve ASAP!
