@RailMadad Few days ago while going from Madhusudan Banerjee Road to Feeder Road through Belghoria Flyover, one of my relatives fell down in the staircase, legs got fractured. This would not happen if railway wouldn't have turned a deaf ear to my repeated requests for escalator.
