This is how @IndiGo6E treats harassment. Their staff says "GO TO HELL" at Bagdogra, charges Rs.4995 for THEIR reverse booking PNR DBTH4T, and now says "contact travel agency".

As per DGCA CAR, Airline is principal service provider, you cannot wash hands off saying travel agent.
