@MrMystery992 That's one of the reasons I say 99% of the time Mega Lucario just isn't landing something like that on someone like Ash-Greninja.

I don't think Lycanroc quite gets to their level, the gap between Blast Burn absorbed Torracat & Lycanroc alone is already implied to be about ×5.

Awakened Dracovish, Gigantamax Gengar, Sirfetch'd, or Solgaleo are higher-end combatants that don't step on the typing too harshly if you were to replace Lycanroc (though I don't think Ash would care).

If it makes it better, if Ash-Greninja also hit Mega Lucario with the Orange Water Shuriken it'd also one tap them lol, & it's a lot faster.

But if they get into a power clash with the G-Max Aura Sphere, it's just very unlikely they're winning it. Unless we headcanon Ash could also physically send his aura into Greninja or something & we get a G-Max Water Shuriken 😭

Dynamax gives a much larger drastic stamina/durability increase in comparison to Mega Evolution.

For example, say Lance's Dragonite is relative to Aurorus or something (below Base Gardevoir).

An exhuasted Dynamax Dragonite is still considered to have superior stamina/durability to Mega Gardevoir even when getting the shit beat of them pretty badly prior, just due to Dynamax's properties.

I don't actually believe MES-2/3 Mega Charizard X is only a Base Metagross level combatant, I'm just downplaying to prove a point.

If you actually want like an argument for it or something, saying things like an early XYZ Mega Charizard X is only rivaling 50% Zygarde (Base Rayquaza-like, lower-end Movie-18) or maybe Base Greninja showing similar reactions when being attacked by them as Base Gardevoir does when attacking Base Greninja.

The point was that even if you lowball the fuck out of MES-2/3 Mega Charizard X to ONLY a Base Metagross-level combatant, continue to ignore ALL power increases from MES-4 & early XYZ, it doesn't end up mattering.

Greninja STILL ends up being a Mega Metagross/Mega Gardevoir level combatant with the lowest of lowballs.

I've gone over this a little before, but it just can't match how insane the amplification is.

Lucario can go from "I can't hurt you at all" with default attacks to ---> "I can 1 tap you now" with the Gigantamax Aura Sphere.

Greninja goes from "I can hurt you" with default attacks to ---> "I still can't 1 tap you" with the Orange Water Shuriken.

It's much closer to something like Blast Burn than something like 10-Million Volt Thunderbolt or Gigantamax Aura Sphere.
