TELEGONY is an ancient idea and belief that a woman’s FIRST mate and subsequent partners can "influence" the traits of her children conceived later with another man.
The word comes from Greek, 'tèle' (FAR) and 'gonos' (OFFSPRING). Aristotle first suggested it, and while later dismissed, modern research into "microchimerism" shows women can carry DNA cells from past partners within their bodies.
Semen is the sacred fluid that carries half the SOUL ESSENCE - the life force that leaves a lasting imprint "beyond" conception and why VIRGINITY was once so highly guarded... not only for social reasons, but to ensure the "purity" of lineage and, some would argue, even the SOUL.

The purpose of GASLIGHTING is to erode self-confidence, cast doubt and ultimately SILENCE.
As CONFIDENCE fades, hesitation takes its place and as self-trust weakens, MANIPULATION fills the void.
The goal isn't simply to change what you THINK. It's to make you question whether you can trust yourself to think at all.
The greatest weapon of MANIPULATION isn't the lie. It's convincing you to DOUBT your own perception of the truth.
THE EXPENDABLES?
The Rise and Decline of Nations
If a nation cannot sustainably replace its OWN population, shouldn't its first PRIORITY be making it easier for its own citizens to have families?
If policies consistently make it HARDER to raise families, while treating population as an economic variable...
Do citizens become EXPENDABLE in service of the system?
A cow cannot digest grass.
This sounds absurd, but it is true, and it is the most extraordinary thing about her. She makes no enzyme that can break down cellulose, the tough stuff a blade of grass is built from. Nothing with a backbone does.
So she does something stranger. She keeps a livestock herd of her own. Inside the first and largest chamber of her stomach, a warm sealed vat the size of a dustbin, live billions of bacteria, fungi and other microbes. She grows the grass, she chews it, she hands it to them, and they ferment it. They break the cellulose into fatty acids that feed her, and then she digests the microbes themselves for protein.
She is not really eating the grass. She is farming an invisible civilisation that eats the grass, and living off that.
No factory humans have built comes close to it. It walks around a field looking faintly bored.
@SamaHoole Years ago I embarked on trials work with a major university.
I presented the work & was told I didn’t understand.
“Give us the results you want & we’ll provide the trials to prove it”!
From that day on, I understood.
In the 1920s, two British scientists accidentally ran the perfect diet experiment, and the answer was so inconvenient it was quietly buried for a hundred years.
John Boyd Orr, later the first head of the United Nations food agency, and John Gilks, head of the Kenyan medical service, studied two peoples living side by side on the same land.
The Kikuyu were farmers. Millet, maize, sweet potato, beans. Meat only on ceremonial days. The exact plant based diet a modern nutritionist would frame and put on the wall.
The Maasai next door lived on cattle. Meat, milk, and blood drawn from the living animal. Almost nothing from the ground at all.
Then they measured them.
The Maasai men stood around five inches taller. They were heavier, and the extra weight was muscle. Their grip was roughly half again as strong. More bone, broader shoulders, and none of the swellings, ulcers and rotten teeth that ran through the farmers.
The Kikuyu, on the diet we are told is ideal, were riddled with bone disease, anaemia and chronic infection. The Maasai, on meat and milk and blood, were not.
Orr and Gilks wrote it down plainly and published it in the Lancet in 1927. The people eating animals were bigger, stronger and healthier than the people eating plants. Same land, same era, everything else held equal.
A hundred years later, it has never made it into a single dietary guideline.
The two peoples ran the experiment cleanly. They just gave the wrong answer.
THE PARASITIC INVADER 🧵
Parasites survive by living from a HOST.
Some parasites are known to ALTER the BEHAVIOUR of their host in order to improve their own survival.
Many symptoms can have many causes.
FATIGUE, inflammation, even changes in MOOD.
Environment is often the cause.
If FREQUENCIES can destroy, aggitate, calm or organise matter... why would we assume what's on the INSIDE is immune to frequency?
And if parasites depend on the HOST environment.
What makes us hospitable...
and what do we do to CLEANSE ?

The cause of cancer was understood in the late 1800's. At that time, real scientists would obtain cancer specimens, meticulously study them, observe the specimens under a microscope for days on end and hand draw what they observed. Fungal spores, coccidia (intracellular parasites), etc. They understood how tumors grew.
Below are screenshots of a document from 1895 called "Micro-organism of Cancer". The focus of the document is fungus in its various forms and types. Protozoa and coccidia (the term used for intracellular parasites at that time) are also referenced. They understood that these were not human cells (or human cells that hadn't been invaded).
People ask about my daily casserole a lot, so here it is.
I use it to make it easier to get all my fibre, polyphenol, and carbohydrate requirements in one meal.
Mine usually has:
- 500g 20% ground beef
- 2 eggs
- a generous heap of cheese
- bacon
- a knob of goat butter
Why these ingredients?
The ground beef gives me all the protein, the heme iron, the zinc, the B12, and the carnitine. The eggs bring choline, the fat-soluble vitamins, and the most absorbable protein going. I use bacon instead of a side salad because bacon contains flavour, which leafy greens reduce on contact. The cheese adds calcium and more fat, and the goat butter brings butyrate and the fat that makes the whole thing actually fill me up.
It's just an easy way to build one meal around foods I know I want more of.
Your body makes about eighty percent of its own cholesterol. Every day. Nobody asked it to. It just keeps making the stuff like an idiot.
Then it takes a quarter of the whole supply and packs it into your brain, of all places. Wraps your nerves in it. Builds every cell wall out of it. Makes your testosterone, your oestrogen, your vitamin D, the bile that digests your food, all of it, out of the substance we're now told is basically poison.
Four billion years of evolution. Countless creatures that got it wrong, all dead. And this is the design it settled on. A body that makes, hoards and runs on the exact thing apparently trying to kill it.
Bit of an oversight, that. Survive every ice age and every famine, only to be done in by a molecule your own liver insists on producing.
Good thing a drug company eventually spotted the mistake your body spent two million years failing to notice.
WHITE light contains every colour, which is revealed through the prism.
What if LOVE is the same?
Érōs (passion), Philía (friendship), Storgē (family), Agápē (unconditional love), Ludus (playfulness), Prâgma (enduring devotion) and Philautía (healthy self-love) are not separate kinds of LOVE...
...but the ONE refracted through the prism of human experience.
Manía is what happens when LOVE loses coherence and collapses... into OBSESSION.
What scrambles people when they go carnivore:
They eat more fat and the fat leaves. They eat more red meat and the numbers that actually matter, blood sugar, triglycerides, waistline, all wander off in the right direction. They quit fibre entirely and the gut they'd babied for years goes quiet, almost insultingly so.
Everything they were warned would kill them, they're thriving on.
Then the real penny drops. The sugar, the refined flour and the seed oil were doing the damage all along, while the official advice stood there pointing at the steak.
Every food pyramid and every "heart healthy" badge on a box of breakfast sugar starts to read like an instruction manual for the disease it claims to prevent.
The emperor has no clothes. He's also diabetic, on three medications, and quietly wondering why his knees hurt.

Every measure of human vitality, in every age group, in every developed country, has degraded simultaneously, in the same direction, in the same generation. Bones weaker. Brains foggier. Bodies fatter. Sleep shorter. Mood lower. Children sicker. Adults more medicated. The species visibly faltering inside a single lifetime.
We are told there is no common cause. We are told these are eight separate epidemics requiring eight separate research grants administered by eight separate committees funded by the eight separate industries that produced them.
We accept this.
A previous generation would have started asking questions a long time ago, and would not have stopped until somebody answered.
