A humble heart has no room for ego, pride or arrogance because it recognizes that all we have and all we are comes from the Almighty. We are nothing without Him. So learn to tread the earth humbly focusing on the Almighty & helping others rather than concentrating on yourself!
People are elevated with Allah in different ways. Some are elevated thru their intensity of worship, some thru patiently undergoing hardships, some through their gratitude, & some through their service of others.Allah is so kind. He gives each a way according to their nature.
We live in uncertain times. The world is becoming a more dangerous place; nothing can be taken for granted. Much of the world seems to be in a state of bewildering confusion. Don’t neglect the link with our Maker. That’s the only way to keep our sanity during these times!
The Almighty has worked it out for you. He has a specific purpose for your life and yours alone. You need to trust Him fully. Not half-heartedly. You will be tested and tried but if you bear patience, the end result will only bring you happiness.
Life's challenges come in all shapes & sizes. Your journey is yours alone. It’s unique to you. Don’t expect anything from anyone. If you want something done well, do it yourself. Trust the Almighty who’s keeping watch over you. Wherever life takes you, it’s part of His Plan.
On the other hand, when a person makes this world his objective of life, Allaah will disperse all his affairs and place poverty and hunger before his eyes (he fears it all the time and worries what will happen to him.
Anas رضي الله عنه narrates:
Nabee صلى الله عليه وسلم said:
When a person makes the hereafter his objective Allaah will fill his heart with contentment, gather all his affairs and the world will become subservient to him.
Learn to appreciate the little things in life. They mean a lot. The Almighty has given us so much, more than we need and we take them for granted. We keep wanting more. Constantly think of how blessed we are and never forget to thank Him.
There's no end to what we want; better car, a bigger house, a better job, more money. The list is endless. Stop for a moment & think. Do we really need all that? Will they make us happy? Ask the Almighty for what’s best. Trust Him to give you what you need most!
