But 4 me, it also helps ME assess whether they're a good fit for me - coz it isn't always abt me being a gud fit for them. Having proper systems in order shows how organised they r & tht they value feedbk

Not all business owners hv leadership/mgt skills. Key is delegation & skills dvlpt. When u promote someone to a leadership position, ensure they have the right skills/train. Just bcoz someone is gud at their job doesn't mean they're effective leaders. Bad leaders demotivate staff
