@WCHS_Ski_Team They are good kids and hats off to the teachers- obviously not the best start to the trip. The coach company should be ashamed of themselves leaving them all this time stranded. Surely they should have European backup for this sort of thing.

It was supposed to be my 40th birthday gift and a happy thing to do but it turned out to be a time draining stressful nightmare. I slept properly for the first time in months last night. No money back yet but 10 days

@seaandtea_ @Sofology Very true ! To be fair if it hadn't been damaged on delivery or if they had just sorted the problem rather than ignoring me it wouldn't have come to this ! Sorted my new sofas today though nervous and excited

So another day has passed and still no call from @Sofology . Possibly the worst after sales in the world ! Had damaged sofas delivered 3rd February and still no call, no refund, no collection of the sofas although I've sent over 20 emails and countless tweets :( disgraceful
