Brilliant to read all the fantastic testimonials in @thelegal500 for our department @irwinmitchell which is “.. bursting with talent and enthusiasm”. Couldn’t agree more! https://t.co/VFpzYcU62i
I only wish we could get testimonials published in the directories for everyone across the department - it would be a long list of talent! Achieving consistently fantastic results in complex clinical negligence litigation is without doubt a team effort ⭐️
We’re excited to announce that we’ve extended our agreement as Official Legal Partner to @EnglandRugby. The partnership will encompass both men's and #RedRoses teams and also see the continuation and development of the ‘Irwin Mitchell Mentoring Club’: https://t.co/bsudRWdJY9
Such a fantastic morning, listening to a Q&A with Rachel Burford & Dylan Hartley in the changing rooms at Twickenham. Thanks to Shauna @TwinsTrust for joining me! I wish it was being recorded as there were so many overlaps into leadership, but a brilliant way to start a Wednesday!
It will be interesting to see the outcome of the post-trial investigation. Panorama was a tough watch. BBC reports “The management team had also failed to report the deaths appropriately” “The board of the hospital trust was also unaware of the deaths until July 2016”
This begs the question, if a trust cannot act to identify homicide by a member of its staff, how can it be relied on to act in respect of any patient safety issues
