IDSA finally updated the classification of of uncomplicated UTI
Uncomplicated UTI : Infection confined to the bladder in afebrile women or men
So I can finally recommend fosfomycin and nitrofurantoin in men with UTI
Also cUTI can be treated for 7d only
UTI+ DM isn't complicated
