@Vodacom @vumatel it has been over 2 weeks of no fibre. So so many phone calls to your call centres, "escalations", emails, and a different story every time. Still no further action....not one. This is a customer, begging her service providers.....PLEASE come and fix my fibre!!

@MTNza @Vodacom thank you for making it virtually impossible for a customer to try to report an illegal sim swap of their number & reclaim it. After hours of calls, sending them to both branches - no progress. It should not be this difficult to receive actual help! Do better!!
