Now it’s been almost 1 month since raising the concern but yet it is still unresolved.
The support team keeps saying it will get resolved in 24-48 hours but no results.

It is been 15 days I am trying to claim, as my Fridge not working after 2 year only.
I had taken extended warranty and tried claiming multiple times. No resolution provided. The technician only provide fake remark and closing the claim.

Today only for going 2.5 km Auto Drivers were asking 180₹ . They too increased the fare after bike taxi ban as they know that we people don't have any choice so they are telling the fares whatever comes to their mouth.
Government Should look into this too.

Worst experience with claiming settlement from Jeeves.
Never buy from @Flipkart , buy from local shop or directly from brand.
It’s been 15 days, waiting for a resolution from the team.
in next few days if this is not resolved, will send all docs on here

@makemytripcare Worst service I have ever experienced.

They just deny and say do whatever you want, but we can not do anything.
In their terms and conditions also they don’t mention clearly which is completely misleading for customers.
I lost a huge amount of money after falling into this trap.
