I never imagined it would be such a frustrating experience buying a @Samsung product. To top it all it seems q600b has been shipped faulty for a lot of people as can be seen on your own product page. I wish to have bought some other product from the start.

@SamsungSG I bought a soundbar hw-q600B and turns out it's faulty/defective. It took almost 5 days to get the engineer come down to my place to inspect and he gave a slip confirming exchange. For almost 2 weeks there was no update from you guys and I had to repeatedly call.

Firstly, if the product is defective why is there so much decision required for exchange. And why is it that after so long you can only provide repair and not exchange. It has been such a bad and frustrating experience buying a Samsung product.
