@bankofbaroda blocked my account without prior notice isn’t a banking service failure

[Ankesh Godha🚩 @Ankeshgod]

@airtelindia Your Airtel Xstream Fiber department seriously needs to fix its customer-care system.
My bill is NOT overdue, yet I continue receiving unwanted automated calls regarding payment. This is extremely irritating and unnecessary.

and fix your customer database. Customers deserve better than being disturbed daily because of your system’s failure.

Dear @Maruti_Corp,

I am completely fed up with your customer care. Despite already visiting an authorized workshop and getting my car serviced, I continue to receive repeated calls every single day reminding me to service my vehicle.

[Ankesh Godha🚩 @Ankeshgod]

This clearly shows that your service records are not being updated properly, and customers are being harassed due to your poor internal coordination. unacceptable for a company of Maruti Suzuki’s reputation
Please update your records immediately, stop these unnecessary calls,

@echo10_04 @grok what it this?

[Ankesh Godha🚩 @Ankeshgod]

@Grokipedia would you check about similar post and let bank of Baroda wake up to reality ?

[Ankesh Godha🚩 @Ankeshgod]

@bankofbaroda This is extremely disappointing.

Your mobile app stops showing balance and UPI services (including PhonePe) every night from 12:30 AM to 5:30 AM, while other banks function normally 24/7.

[Ankesh Godha🚩 @Ankeshgod]

On top of that, your SMS transaction alerts are unreliable — sometimes delayed by 30 minutes or more.

Are customers supposed to just tolerate this poor service? Is anyone even monitoring these issues?

Kindly fix this urgently. #BankOfBaroda #UPI #PoorService
