Ma'am since you compared it with yoga...especially Surya Namaskar, let me highlight an important difference.

Yoga today is widely seen and practiced as a non-religious form of physical exercise across the world. Promoting it generally doesn’t trigger trolling because it is not perceived as promoting a specific faith.

On the other hand, highlighting the benefits of practices like namaz or roza is often seen as promoting a particular religion, especially when the person promoting it does not belong to that faith. That naturally invites criticism or backlash from some sections.

That said, using derogatory language is never justified. At the same time, people should also understand that promoting religious practices outside one’s own faith will inevitably attract reactions.

I’m sure you understand this dynamic as well, so portraying the criticism as trolling may not fully reflect the reality.
