Despite the email confirmation, the refund was later stopped and I still haven't received the remaining ₹1,017.
This is unacceptable. Please refund the balance immediately and resolve this issue.

Dear @AmazonIN@AmazonHelp,
At least have the decency not to short-change customers on medical insurance. I paid ₹67,643.84 via Amazon Pay Wallet for an HDFC ERGO policy for my parents. Amazon later cancelled the policy, stating the full amount would be refunded.

Instead, only ₹66,626.84 was refunded—₹1,017 less than I paid.
After multiple calls, every customer service representative agreed the full amount should be refunded. One even confirmed the refund by email.
provided, now I click on the link & it asks for my case/application id so I enter the application id and click next but nothing happens it does not move forward to get my work email id, why?
@AxisBankSupport Worst bank to apply a credit card. I was applying for one and it asked me to enter my work email id which I did and got the option to verify so clicked on it and got the OTP on the work email id, now the banks page shows me a box to enter the OTP but clicking on
the box does not give me the option to enter the OTP, so had to do it again and this time I selected my work id is same as personal id as this was the only way to submit the application. After submission got a text saying kindly verify your office/personal email id on the link
@amazonIN just got conned by Amazon, ordered a ₹113999 Microsoft Surface Pro 11 laptop along with Marshall Major 4 headphones which were part of a deal for ordering on the day of launch. Got the laptop, didn’t get the headphones. As per CC blatant lie, everything was delivered.
