अगर exam नही कराना था! तो notification निकाला hi क्यों? पैसे लिये ही क्यों? और जो छात्र विगत डेढ़ साल से exam ki तईयारी कर रहे है! उनके बहुमुल्य डेढ़ साल कि भरपाई कोन करेगा?

क्या सरकार या raiways उन छात्रों को उनका गुजरा हुआ वक़्त लौटा पायेगी! क्या उनके पैसे उन्हें ब्याज समेत वापिस मिलेंगे! अगर छात्र exam hole मे 5 minute late ho जाये! तो आप उसे exam नहीं likhne dete है! कोई दूसरा मौका nahi milta h. To फिर आप to डेढ़ साल late ho!
