And travel insurance amount (which I never opted for in first place). The airline itself didn’t deduct any penny for cancellation so why should you penalise me for a cancellation that I never requested. This is total scam.

Hello @amazonIN . Please refine your customer service as I feel my concerns are not promptly addressed because it is so frustrating that I can’t even reach a real person for help as th AI bot is pretending to be a real person. Atleast response says same.
