@Jupiter_Cares My account is not dormant it's active which Federal Bank also confirmed when I visited there. Now you guys tell me why you are not allowing me to withdraw 22400 from the pots.

In my account I have added a total of Rs 22,400 in 2 pots but when I'm going to withdraw it is showing an error. I contacted jupiter support on chat and they told me that my account and I need to submit physical KYC form with the Federal Bank branch

@Mivi_Official I purchased mivi collar 6 months ago and now having an issue with product and after complaining you several time but didn't get any response. You guys are really checking my patience. If this is how you treat your customers then soon there will be no one who will buy your product
