This is a heartfelt cry for all who shop from @amazonIN. Please don't trust them guys. I have ordered an @AMDRyzen @AMDIndia 5600x, in the box I have found some used processor.
When I raised the concern with @AmazonHelp they took thier time and replied that they can't replace...

Experience after being a long term prime customer with @amazonIN .
Ordered a @msigaming @msi #b550 #tomahawk, a @AMDRyzen @AMDIndia 5600x, and a ram stick combo.
Incident 1 :- received an opened #x570 mpg instead. Broken and opened box.

@AmazonHelp Again, I have gone through this multiple times and I don't want to explain myself again. You can look into the details by yourself, or can connect with inefficient customer care executive who was not trying to understand the issue. This is absolute harrasment.
