I have not felt the worst experience ever but with the flipkart I feel the worst experience.
Flipkart staff could not solve my problem.

Recently I ordered a pair of nike shoes. But I received local shoes which cost around 200rs and what I ordered costs 3600rs.i have complained so many times and I have raised the return of the product 5 -6 times but the return always cancelled.

Now what should I do. Here Is it my fault? I ordered a pair of shoes at flipkart. I am really tired. Please help me with this matter. I urged you . I am a student and the price of the shoes is 3600rs I am not able to bear this loss.

Again the return request was approved and again the wishmaster had come and refused to take it. It happened 5 times back to back with me. I am tired I have called everywhere . I have talked to the senior executives team also. But nothing happened.

then I again called and raised a complaint against the wishmaster. But after that nothing had happened and my return request had been cancelled. I again called in customer care and again raised a return request.

That time I called a customer care executive and raised a complaint he said don't worry we had raised your concern and it will be picked up by the next day . The same thing happened the next day he refused to take it.

after that I received a call from wishmaster for return then I returned that product.
He refused to take it. He said it was a product and he can't accept it .

I shared all the images after 2 days I got approval and the pickup date showed me in my issue box The next day I got a message that a pickup had been arranged and it will pickup by 9 pm today.

I again explained all about things then he again raised a complaint for return. and after that I received a mail you had to send pics of the product that u received.

and he said please wait for 24 hours you will receive a call.Did not receive any call from the customer executive and I saw that my return request had been cancelled.

The customer care supporting member said please wait for 24 hours. After that you could be able to return that product. Then I called on 15 august I explained all about the matter and he raised a complaint of return.

He said you had to accept it and said he can't be able to return it. You could make a return easily then I said okk and I received that product.After that I tried to return and called in customer care I explained each and every thing. @_Kalyan_K @flipkartsupport @Flipkart

. As the delivery boy came to deliver the product which I ordered during that time he opened the box I saw the shoes which I ordered were not the same as I ordered
I said please return it I couldn't accept it.

I have been bearing for the last 15 days.
I ordered a pair of nike women's shoes on 13 august. I got it on 14 august. It was an open box delivery I did not know exactly about the open box delivery and how it works
