Will the CMs give a guarantee for ensuring “safe passage” of students in their respective states to exam centres, at the centres, and back to their homes? If they cannot, then they should say it publicly and declare to PM that they will not hold the exams. They cannot equivocate.

State govt can invoke DMA act and epidemic disease act as held in UGC matter and postpone exams and consult Central Government
