CJP goons along with Sanjay Azad (Nishu Azad's father) allegedly tried to mob-Iynch Swatantra Bhardwaj at Jantar Mantar protest.

He was pushed on the floor and CJP goons tried to k!ll him.

In self-defence when he rose up, he used his hands to protect himself.

Sanjay Azad was the nearest to him and was part of CJP goons allegedly attempting to Iynch him.

If a mob tried to do the same with you and you exercise your right to self-defence — should you be jailed for it?

Swatantra was being beaten & lynched by the CJP mob & looks like he defended himself by hitting back.

Very clearly it looks like self-defense.
