@Hemen_Nath @manukumarjain I have been going through a similar issue for the past 2 to 3 months. I've had no resolution yet... 3 motherboards changed in a span of 1 month on 11 month phone & I'm asked to pay. I suggest you change brand. Highly irresponsible customer service. Good luck.

Within the next 4 days, it will be a month since i reached out to mi service. Service center has not received any email from area manager. Please tell me if you have any shame or should I find a 3rd party repair service.

It has been 20 days since I first posted my problem on twitter. You constantly ask me t9 contact the service center and yet they say each time that they've already sent an email and you must give the approval. How much longer are you planning on making me suffer?

@MiIndiaSupport It has been six days since I tweeted my problem and also filled details. Yet no response... This is absolutely pathetic. No.1 Smartphone my @$$. Probably the no. 1 at horrible service and parts. Never buying Mi again and neither will the people I know @manukumarjain

@MiIndiaSupport I have already gone through MiQueries and all they say is we replaced the parts and and can't do anything because they're out of warranty. The motherboard did not last two weeks! It was changed thrice in a month and yet I have to pay??? Why!!!
